How long will it take to receive my item?
We aim to ship items within 48 hours of purchase. Where this is not possible (illness, holidays) we will email you and let you know.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and paypal.
What shipping provider do you use?
We use royal mail tracked services, or on occasion another provider will be used for larger shipments. We will contact you prior to sending if this is the case.
How much is postage and packaging?
We have a flat rate of shipping in the UK/NI, this applies to all parcels under 2kg. Prices fluctuate depending on the current posting charges.
ROI have a flat rate for up to 2kg. Please note you may need to pay import tax/additional charges and this is your responsibility.
What if my parcel is over 2kg?
Your shipping will be calculated at the checkout accordingly.
Do you ship physical items outside the UK?
Aside from the ROI, no we do not. We can ship using a courier only such as DPD but please note the cost of this is high hence why it is not listed.
Please note your country may require you to pay custom fees/other fees internationally, We are not responsible for those. You must take this into consideration when buying from us.
We cannot send your item as a gift as we are a business, if loss or damage should occur in transit it would make sending replacements far more difficult. Please respect this policy.
Please note we are not responsible for postage delays with Royal Mail or any other courier service we may use. We reserve the right to use another courier at any time should we feel the current one is not effective enough.
What packaging do you use?
We aim to use packaging that can either be reused or recycled wherever possible. We pack things well enough so they survive the trip to you, so please do reuse anything we use for your items.
What is your returns policy?
Change of mind: We kindly ask customers to notify us if you simply change your mind or don't like the item within seven days of receiving the item. As long as the item is in saleable, untouched , unopened condition with no damage, you are welcome to return to us at your own cost. We will refund you for the item once we receive it. We do not cover returns shipping costs for change of mind as we are only a small business, please understand this.
Faulty or damaged goods: We kindly ask customers to contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged or broken, so we can rectify this. Please take photos of the item and the packaging. We will either offer a replacement or a refund.
We check every single item before posting (we have to so we can get your order right). We will never send anything to you broken or faulty. Of course, as soon as it leaves us like all other businesses, we have to trust that the mail provider will handle it with care.
We do not accept returns or refunds on health and beauty items, herbal items of any kind, oils (fragrance and essential) for health and safety reasons.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back on your chosen payment method.
We do not reimburse the cost of postage where items are being sent back to us for a refund unless agreed upon via email. Items that are not faulty or have been sold with natural flaws/clear damage listed will not be reimbursed, you buy these at your discretion.
What suppliers do you use?
We use trusted and reputable suppliers from the UK and Ireland who have been trading for decades. Our suppliers ensure us that they follow responsible sourcing and fair pay. We always make sure we are happy with the quality and background of the company first. We know there are many (especially crystal related) "wholesalers" on social media platforms, we do not use those.
I am an artist/maker, would you stock my things?
Unfortunately we do not have the facility to hold space for anything more than the stock we currently have. If this changes in the future, we will make a public announcement on social media as we do like to support other artists and creators where we can.
Are you a wholesaler?
No we do not offer wholesale prices or stock.
