The ancient celts firmly believed in the power of crystals for their spiritual powers. From healing to protection, they worked with them and used them in their everyday life.
The comfort of carrying a thumb stone means you can carry it with you discreetly or use it as a form of distraction to calm an anxious mind, or even during meditation, whilst still getting the healing from the crystal itself.
